Semi-Private Sports Performance

Most of our high school, college, and professional athletes fall into this program - no matter what sport they play.  Within a semi private/open gym atmosphere our staff works closely with these athletes to develop their long term goals; and then we develop daily, weekly, and seasonal training plans to meet those goals.  Utilizing ongoing movement assessments we are able to address movement deficiencies and help each athlete establish a foundation of strength and stability for more sport specific training.  Then the fun begins as we can prescribe specific exercises and drills that will translate to the specific needs of their sports and specific demands of their position.
