Basketball Programs

Basketball training at The Factory emphasizes physicality, athleticism, and vertical training.   Developing relative body weight strength, ankle stiffness, elasticity, and ground reaction time are all paramount to increasing the vertical.  Our elite basketball players go through our Vert Code program which is a holistic program designed to help our athletes jump higher, stay healthy, and be more physical on the court.  

  • Vert Code is a science-backed program that has created two first time dunkers! This program was initially developed for high school and college basketball and volleyball players, but has grown into all age groups and different sports. Athletes have the flexibility to come in on their own time to complete workouts, get trainer help, and use recovery devices.

  • This program focuses on building functional strength to execute athletic movements so our athletes can build on all of their skills and see results. Typical sessions include sprint work, agility, sleds, kettle bells and band work.

    Just like we do with our older athletes, we build relationships and hold the young bucks accountable. Sessions often take place while the High School & College athletes are putting in their work, our younger athletes quickly pick up on the culture and learn what it takes to get to the next level.

  • Most of our high school, college, and professional athletes fall into this program - no matter what sport they play.  Within a semi private/open gym atmosphere our staff works closely with these athletes to develop their long term goals; and then we develop daily, weekly, and seasonal training plans to meet those goals.  Utilizing ongoing movement assessments we are able to address movement deficiencies and help each athlete establish a foundation of strength and stability for more sport specific training.  Then the fun begins as we can prescribe specific exercises and drills that will translate to the specific needs of their sports and specific demands of their position.

  • High School athletics are an entirely different game than youth and club athletics. Even if you children play on the highest level club team for their sport, they are still going to be a 14 year old kid competing against an 18 year old adult.

    Our high school prep program is designed to help our athletes develop the tools they need to stand out at the next level. Whether they need size, strength, speed, skills, or a combination of everything our coaches are here to guide our athletes through every step of the process.

  • Access to basic physical therapy is a huge value add for athletes who choose The Factory. Whether you need to rehab or prevent injury, our trainers have the knowledge and tools to help you. The tools available to our staff and athletes include: E-stim, Smart cups, Normatech recovery boots, blood flow restriction cuffs, massage guns, gua sha massage knives, and a cold plunge.

    For athletes who are post surgery or coming off serious injury there is a massive gap between restoring basic human movement in a physical therapy setting and preparing an athlete for the high performance demands of their sports. That’s where we come in. We work within their surgeon’s protocols and communicate with physical therapists to ensure our athletes get back on the field safely and quickly as possible.
