Elite Baseball & Softball Training

The most comprehensive baseball & softball development program in Colorado.

Our baseball and softball players have access to world class strength & speed training, mobility & arm care, nutrition, college recruiting assistance, mentoring, and recovery & physical therapy modalities such as: BFR (Blood Flow Restriction Training), E-Stim, Gua-Sha scraping, and cupping.  In addition to a world class training program, Factory ball players enjoy full access to batting cages, trainer led BP sessions, Rapsodo launch monitors, an arsenal of training bats and devices to increase bat speed, power, and barrel control.

Since our inception, we've had over 30 full time Factory athletes commit to play baseball or softball in college; including 7 Division 1 commits.  The Factory was the training home of Castle Rock's Case Williams for 3 years before he was drafted by the Colorado Rockies.  Most recently, long time Factory athletes Max Stanley and Trey Gregory-Alford were selected in the 2023 and 2024 MLB draft.

The Factory Reviews

  • "I've been training at The Factory for the past 5 years, mostly during breaks to stay peak condition and sharpen my swing to play D1 softball. The Factory, much like Colorado, is slept on and continually pushes out elite level athletes, both male and female. Having the opportunity to hit, lift, and work with coaches like Trav and Jordan all in one place is an opportunity that a lot of athletes don't have."

    Abbey Montoya, MIF Costal Carolina

  • "The Factory was an important piece in kickstarting my professional baseball career. It was always a place I could get my work done with the right environment. I was able to gain an understanding of my body and the requirements of a higher level athlete. I will always thank Travis for the work we put in together in the years leading up to the draft in 2020."

    Case Wilimams, RHP Rockies Organization

  • “I found Travis and The Factory towards the end of my career and I wish I found them sooner! Travis not only helped me stay strong and healthy but also helped me mentally. He was also a great resource in the cage to bounce ideas off and talk through how to create and improve movement patterns required to be an elite hitter"
