Our Prep program is designed to help 13-14 year athletes develop the tools they need to stand out at the next level.  Whether they need size, strength, speed, skills, or a combination of everything, our coaches are here to guide our athletes through every step of the process.   

Work Capacity

Every prep session includes speed, agility, and strength training.  Most importantly, the program is designed to build muscular endurance. As our athletes grow and mature, they have the foundation to train with enough intensity to move the needle in their career.

Proven Track Record 

The Factory Prep program has been running for the last 7 years and has seen dozens of athletes use it as a springboard to dominate in high school and go on to be successful college athletes. This is best time to invest in your son or daughter to help them build an athletic foundation that sets them up for success.

  • Travis and his team run an incredible training program for athletes. I've had two of my high school athletes train at The Factory and they both improved a great deal in strength, speed, and form. The trainers teach techniques for training specific to each athletes sport which helps them to become better athletes. This place is family for our boys.
