H.S. Off-Season Football Training

Speed Kills

Our off-season football training is designed to help athletes add size, strength, and speed every off-season. Football programming is designed to compliment High School team workouts and fill in the gaps of power, speed, stability, and positional specific movements that will translate to Friday nights.

Spring High School Speed Camp EVERY March 1 - May 31.

Every spring we put on our High School Speed Camp to give High school football players and affordable solution to prepare for the upcoming summer and fall. The speed sessions meet twice a week and focus on football specific speed and agility. This program is a great compliment for football players enrolled in football specific skills programs. Football players who are enrolled in our semi-private program through the whole off season have access to these sessions as part of their membership.

Monday 6:00-7:15 pm

Tuesday 6:00-7:15 pm

Wednesday 6:00-7:15 pm

Friday 5:30-7:00 pm

Sunday 6:00-7:30 pm

$160/month for one session a week

$130/ month in enrolled in Strength and Speed program

Off-Season Football Reviews

  • We have two high school aged boys training at The Factory. Will is more focused on football and Sam is more baseball/football. The speed and strength training as well as the ability to work on hitting and throwing has been great for their development. Travis and the team are awesome with the kids and provide great instruction and guidance. The best part is that the boys love going there to work out. We are very happy with our experience at The Factory and highly recommend it.

  • Travis and his team run an incredible training program for athletes. I've had two of my high school athletes train at The Factory and they both improved a great deal in strength, speed, and form. The trainers teach techniques for training specific to each athletes sport which helps them to become better athletes. This place is family for our boys.
